Kelly's Property Services was very professional in all aspects of this job. Their estimate was detailed, and my questions were promptly answered. I appreciated that their solution addressed both the structural as well as the cosmetic aspects of repairing my front portico rot. We contacted Kelly's Property Servies in early March of 2023 and spoke directly with the owner, Bryan Kelly. We explained that we planned to renovate the entire finished basement including the fireplace facing and carpeting, as well as the facing on the first floor living room fireplace and decorative wooden surround. He set up a visit, provided paint samples, described the carpentry process and provided us with an associate's name who handles carpet removal and installation. He went over the renovation process in great detail, which would occur after the fireplace refacing was done by our stone mason. Bryan provided a detailed quote within a few days, and we hired him on April 5th. Following the extensive stone removal and refacing by our stone mason, Kelly's carpenters and painters started their work on May 3rd. All four (4) tradesmen were friendly, professional and meticulously detailed about their work, which was absolute artistry! They finished in three (3) days and made arrangements to return following the carpet installation for any needed touchups. Bryan Kelly's associate contractor John Swanfeldt removed the old basement carpeting and installed the new pad & carpet in a matter of 4 hours on May 17th. He and his crew were as meticulous as the Kelly's crew. When I notified Kelly's that the carpet was done, they had their carpenter and painters back within two (2) days to finish the job. Communication with Bryan Kelly, his office manager, Loretta and project manager, Josh was a smooth and efficient process. Our finished basement has never looked so good thanks to the expertise of Kelly's Property Services and his carpeting installer. We will recommend KPS to all our family and friends, based upon their efficiency, detailed work, professionalism and overall pricing.
