Stopped by the paddle shop to get my own life jacket as I've picked up kayaking this summer. One of the staff members spent ~1 hours helping my partner and myself pick the best life jacket for us. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I cannot give them higher praise! We'll definitely be back

I found a boat online I was interested in, price was unbeatable. One of the owners helped me, he had the boat brought over from a different location and while I was waiting he explained everything about the boat and got me everything else I needed. Start to finish it was a great experience.

My wife and I needed a bigger kayak to accommodate our pup out on the lakes. Jonathan showed us around the store and explained the pros and cons of each kayak we were interested in. After we made our selection he even helped us strap down the new kayak to our car and showed me new knots. I highly recommend Charles River Canoe and Kayak. And if Jonathan is helping you, you are in great hands.
