Terrible driver vehicle #84006 - reckless on a main street, passing way to close to cyclists (in MA there is a 4ft passing law) & speeding. Driver was rapidly changing lanes to weave through "traffic" aka cars going the speed limit. I took a photo of their license plate to report them and they started recording me on their phone. Great quality of drivers...

Our school district uses this company to transport our kiddo to school. There's no proactive communication about driver changes or delays and so we're often scrambling last minute. Sometimes they don't show up or they show up 1.5 hours late. I can only assume that even on these days they still get a check from the school.

My child goes to school in Newton. Policy requires we call when our child is going to be absent so the bus doesnt make a stop at our house. I call, give all the details and the person on the other side of the phone apparently pretends to take down the notes because every single time the bus comes to our home. How am I following your company policy and your employees dont follow your company policies??

terrible company. never consistent, the vans are disgusting and most of the drivers are rude. consistently late to school and to getting home because my driver always changes

Driver this morning was zig zagging through traffic, tailgating, holding phone to her ear and more. She was driving very recklessly even as we went past an accident scene. This was less than 10 minutes ago on 95 North near Burlington and going on since Waltham. I don't know anything else about this business but if this is how he driver's are, that's terrifying.
