In addition to the bathroom repair, we also hired Bertola Remodeling for a kitchen renovation, and they exceeded our expectations once again. Initially, we considered doing the renovation ourselves, but we're so grateful that we chose to work with a professional like Joe.

I can't say enough about the Bertola Remodeling team! They completed a master bedroom bath makeover in 2020, turned a hot mess into a master spa bath retreat! Just Gorgeous! Then since my master was so fantastic, I hated the rest of the home. They took my 1996 builder grade home that had never updated and completely transformed my Kitchen, Living room, Family room with Fireplace into again a Model home from a magazine! I highly recommend using Bertola Custom Homes & Remodeling, his subcontractors are trustworthy and amazing, the Project managers are on point and really know their stuff. Designs with Joe were a breeze, she got my style and nailed it! LOVE THIS COMPANY! Last project will be the extra bath and laundry... next year!

I had hit a lot of walls when comparing quotes and seeking a contractor prior to Bertola. Without finding their page, this remodeling may still be incomplete. I would HIGHLY recommend the team I chose to anyone looking for home renovations or remodeling. The owner, Joe, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in all steps of the process. I also appreciated how personable he was (his colleague, Paulo, too!) and enjoyed his mindfulness and involvement of my 6yr. old. He set realistic deadlines and was flexible when we needed to amend them. For the most part, I knew exactly what I wanted. However, he offered a variety of samples to choose from, did his best to honor my budget, and pushed back with some suggestions that definitely maximized the space.
