        Grace is very rude and disrespectful...not only did she make me wait to a form notarized, she had the GALL to tell me I should've made an appt...I'll stick to my normal bank in Norwood...I only came here because it's near my job...

        Not 1 but 4 proofs of address in order to open businesses account. But when you call td customer service they say they only need one! Branch needs 4!!!!!! Absolutely Ridiculous! Maybe lady who wanted to get out before 5 pm needed 4 instead of 1. Refusing customers like this is absolutely unprofessional!
