        Long overdue review but Doug was fantastic to work with! I brought my car in last week to have my brakes and rotors replaced, and he was great at communicating issues, cost and expected time to finish. Very honest and great service!

Taking your car somewhere for maintenance or to be repaired can be daunting with all of the unknowns, but Waltham Auto Service Center eases all of those concerns. The compassion, kindness, honesty, and transparency here goes a long way and shows in the quality of work and service provided. I am happily a repeat customer and will always be! 10/10 recommend to anyone!!
