Waltham Overlook

Really great experience, and feel fortunate to live here. Gustavo, Bruce and the rest of the Waltham Overlook team work so hard to keep this complex a wonderful place, and it shows. Thankful for them, and for my stunning apartment.

Just returned from a wonderful (almost) end-of-season picnic put on by the incredible Waltham Overlook staff. Bruce and Chris were amazing on the grill, as they are amazing with anything they do. I'm still trying to figure out if there's anything they can't do! And Anita did a great job serving and smiling, as she always does. Overall, I love living here. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. It is private, and off the beaten path. If a car is here, either it is very lost, or it is supposed to be here. It's a dog friendly, family friendly, safe and pretty place to live.

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff of Waltham Overlook! The leasing office was always very accommodating, flexible and helpful! The maintenance staff was always very quick to follow up with any of my few work orders. The staff made this a wonderful place to live!

This is a review for the maintenance staff they have on-site here. Chris and Bruce are both absolutely fantastic! They are extremely friendly, kind, and attentive! All of my maintenance requests have been handled by the next day without issue. As an extra bonus they are both amazing with the dogs that live here! They always have treats ready!

I needed a 6 month lease for a temp job, and was lucky to find this place! Clean and modern, well-maintained, surprisingly quiet, and felt really safe. Maintenance issues were rare, but the couple that came up were handled immediately (thanks Bruce!). The buildings are solid and don't feel cheap or flimsy. Parking was plentiful and easy. Really good location for me, too. Anita in the office was super-responsive and helpful too. Lots of nice dogs live there too. Thank you again!
