Jean is TOP NOTCH in all areas. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, hard working, dedicated, and works hard to understand her client's needs. I have used her twice for real estate transactions (a buy and a sell), and there is no one I would consider calling when the need arises again. She works the phones hard marketing to other agents and target buyers effectively, and will go above and beyond to do things that most folks don't even know are happening in the background to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. I very highly recommend Jean for all your real estate transaction needs.

My husband and I highly recommend Jean Kulesza! Jean was instrumental in guiding us through the process of our new construction town home purchase in 2022. Jean worked tirelessly on our behalf throughout the entire (long) process, ensuring options were built as agreed to and answering our unending questions. She helped us make decisions and kept us on track. We were so thankful we had Jean's wealth of new construction knowledge on our side. Without Jean, we would not be in our beautiful new home.
