Justin and Kerry are a pleasure to work with! We really enjoy the family portal which gives us daily updates from caretakers. Their staff goes above and beyond and they care for your family members as if they were their own family. I can't say enough good things about Touching Hearts!!

Hi Megan. Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience during the interview process. While we accommodated your request to reschedule your interview time from 11:30 to 1:00, you arrived at 2:30 - 90 minutes beyond our already rescheduled time. Due to other interviews that were already scheduled during the time you arrived, we were not able to meet at that time. We offered to reschedule again, but we did not hear from you. Again, I am sorry that you felt we were not being flexible enough and left this review, but I encourage you to reach back out to us at 781-619-8644 to reschedule your interview. Thank you!
