Andr did an amazing job finishing our deck, power washing our hot tub cedar planks, then staining them. He was responsive in his communication and proactive in helping us resolve a few hiccups related to supply acquisition. He charged us a fair price and we will definitely be utilizing his skills for other work we need on our house.

Andre did a great job laminating my kitchen floor. He was very professional and efficient. He came to see the job to give me a quote. But because I had the materials on site, and the time was convenient for me, he did the job and completed it within a reasonable amount of time. I would hire him again and I recommend him.

I had found Passon's Remodeling using Thumbtack. I asked for a Handyman to do the finishing work, that the Contractors; PIC & Co, didn't do, as part of our main bathroom remodel. The company, we hired in Feb 2021 to update our bathroom to include a separate bathtub & shower. But "PIC", didn't do most of the finish work; eg: new towel bars, etc, which they broke. Other items including: ceiling paint, wall painting and add wall paper around the bottom of a drywall around the chimney, install new light fixture, etc. There were sev'L other items that PIC just didn't do. But!...Fear not because Faith abounds! There was Thumbtack! I just posted my need for a Handyman! Andre Passon's of Passon's Remodeling! What?! I didn't need another contractor, I simply wanted a Handyman! Then, with speaking with Andre about the simple things that I needed to have done. And he was gracious, I knew he was THE person! Andre was inquiring about this project, which he basically finished in 1-days. He was so easy to talk with, and if he understood me, my work needed! And all the work, though his English wasn't perfect and he'd ask again, knowing & confirming the work before beginning the work (how refreshing) making sure he did understand everything! He had noticed that I had my front room (the parlor) closed up with pieces of walls, hand rail, baseboards and trim and and ceiling parts, also missing. I explained that the room was closed because almost 5-mos before, we had a black mold issue that was totally remediated. And he saw the room, then began showing me pictures of similar "Before and After" projects that he and his company had done! Also, Refinishing Hardwoods! We asked Andre to please, give me your quote of all the work needed and another quote for our floors! Now, we were happy to have had Andre & Passon's Remodeling to do all of the work we had! After all of this was done, we asked him to quote the exterior wood painting! Most of our home has been wrapped in vinyl siding. But there is lots of wood & trim. Having to do our reg maintenance & improvements on our Springtime To Do List, our home's issues for this year have been quoted, including exterior paint, sealing, scraping. it's been sev'L years, and our trim is peeling off. We chose wisely, going with Passon's Remodeling and Andre again! Right after he did our Inside projects done though I'll find more projects for Andre, for sure! It's awesome to know, when I have more work to be done, I will contact AND Contract with Passon's Remodeling! I know, that our project will be done and done the right way. Andre doesn't cut corners! Every step of the way, he will let us know the issues, at hand, and proceed to do whatever the job takes! I'd highly recommend Andre Passon & Passon's Remodeling & crew [great guys!] for any thing, small and large projects, we only have to call Passon's Remodeling and specifically, Inquire for Andre Passon! It is my endorsement, for certain!
