Very friendly and helpful . Bought our first house in Massachusetts, other states do not require you to have a lawyer with paperwork so we were not used to this . Hes great and would go back to him again

P Skulley is handling my aunt's estate and he has been very slow in processing forms for getting the court's approval of the chosen executor.  This is a critical step because all other steps in the distribution of the estate can't start until the executor is approved by the probate court.  My aunt passed on 06/04/19 and here we are 5 months later near the first week of November and none of the required notices have been sent to the heirs.  When inquiring as to when they will be mailed I've been told early next week for the last 6 weeks.  So these attorneys are SLOW moving.  My fear is the delay is just so they can bill the estate for a longer period of time. Pat is exceptional.  I've worked with Pat on two home purchases and one home sale, and he's eminently helpful, immediately responsive, overwhelmingly patient, and just a very good all around guy.  I can't recommend him highly enough.
