Following my mother's passing 10 months ago, attorney Cara Daniels worked with us on a complicated problem relating to the Trust and Will. She was a tremendous help and I believe she condensed what might have amounted to years of angst and conflict into several months, likely saving us much time, stress, and even money, despite the legal fees. Engaging her was one of the best decisions we made during this entire process. Cara managed a tricky, sometimes heated, situation calmly and skillfully. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and when she did not know the answer, she quickly found out and reported back. She is easy to talk to, listens well, and communicates effectively. Replies to emails and phone calls were almost invariably prompt, thorough, and on point. It was a pleasure to work with her and I highly recommend her.
