I have been a client for many years and find the owner and the staff have extremely high standards and work ethics. The facility is good but the knowledge and motivation they continuously provide are exceptional!!

I have had severe back problems. After seeing Stefan this summer and fall, this is the first time in 4 years I have been able to exercise. I can not recommend him enough. I have tried many many approaches to good spinal care, and this is the best experience AND results I have ever had. I can not say enough. He takes his craft extremely seriously and the individual attention is beyond compare.

I first started coming to the studio in 2004 while recovering from a back injury and loved the work so much that I began training and became an instructor. Work with this attention to detail and focus connects the mind and body and is life-changing.
