My experience was just okay. The young lady who serviced me had never heard of SNS or dip powder, So needless to say it was a painful process for her to remove it from my nails. I think she only knew how to do regular, old-fashioned manicures and gel manicures. I opted for the gel since I was going to be in MV for 2 weeks. However, it started chipping two days later. She charged separately for removing the previous polish, so I definitely felt duped. I probably would not go again.

Do NOT go!!! Terrible experience here. Staff does not speak much English and could not communicate about my hair process and didn't even know how to say "wash". I went in for a keratin treatment and color. It took 8 hours and they put too any chemicals in one day. I had no idea when it would be finished. I did not expect to be in a salon getting my hair damaged and beached and burnt to death. I had to cut off about 5 inches after and it took about 2 years for the damage to grow out. And the price was well over 600$ not including tip! (And I did tip well) At that price I expect professional expertise. Very unprofessional to put so many chemicals at once. They should have advised me to come in two separate visits but I think they don't know what they are really doing and also the language barrier was probably a part of the problem. Or maybe it was greed... they just wanted the money. I wanted to support this business and I saw the photos looked good so I believed that they could do a good job. I was very wrong and paid for it. Very very disappointed. Don't trust a salon that has a paid advertisement on Google maps. Misleading that they have good reviews.
