I want to thank Shine Construction!I want to personally thank Lenin T! These guys are the best in the building.What they said was there word .They we're on the money for the quote.They are the hardest working guys I've seen in a long time.They showed up at 7:00 am ready to work.They did the roof and gutters and a few extras .They we're 100% cleaned up and gone when I came home at 6:00.Obviously they don't mind barking dogs all day.

I just had my roof replaced by Shine Construction and I can not be happier. Their crew came right on time and worked late into the day, completing my roof in one day. I so appreciate Lenin and his crew for their hard work, professionalism and true desire to meet their customer's needs. My roof looks amazing and my property was completely cleaned. I highly recommend Shine Construction if you plan to replace your roof.

The guys at shine did an outstanding job . Beautiful lead work along with some nice craftsmanship with the copper valleys and a large diverter over my picture window . Lenin and his crew finished in one day ! All cleaned up in 12 hours. The men took real time drone view photos so I could see exactly what was happening. Everyone was super professional . It was just a great experience over all. I say 5 stars !! Thank you again

We recently used Shine Construction to have our roof and a couple of skylights replaced. We worked with Diego and his team and the entire process was great! Couldnt ask for better communication and professionalism. The job went smoothly and was completed in one day, and they went out of their way to fix a couple of extra issues with our siding. Highly recommend this company!

I found Shine Construction through a Google search. I called and requested a site visit appointment for the next day, and they graciously agreed to the appointment. It was a day with a snowstorm alert, and I had forgotten about it. When I realized, due to the parking bans, I wasn't expecting the Shine representative to show up on such a stormy day. However, Mr. Lenin rang my doorbell two minutes prior to the appointment time. Mr. Lenin patiently listened to my concerns, explained all the benefits of the service, and finally provided a quote with the lowest price that Shine could offer for the job of replacing my roof. Mr. Lenin's demeanor was excellent throughout our interaction. He was professional, courteous, and attentive, which made the experience very positive. After three days, I handed Mr. Lenin the town permit and asked if the weather would be favorable for him to complete the job within the next two days. Mr. Lenin, after checking, said that they can start the job in two days and finish it in a day. I specifically told him that besides signing a check, I personally didn't want to be involved, and I wanted everything to proceed smoothly and cleanly. His polite response was, 'I won't say anything now, but we'll show you how we do the job, and then we can discuss this after the job is done. The inspector from my insurance company praised Shine Construction, stating that their estimate is the best and fairest in the neighborhood. He has adjudicated many claims due to wind and rain damage in my neighborhood and said that Shine's estimate is a fair estimate, and he has no questions about Shine's estimate. Choosing Shine during this recession and inflation period helped me to get fair prices and reduced the burden on my insurance company. I would gladly hire Shine Construction for any future jobs at my home, and I strongly recommend this company for their exceptional work. The entire crew deserves a huge thanks from me, especially Antonio (the man), Jose, Manuel, Ana Maria, Jorge, George, Joylucas, and supervisor Algelis. They are the best!
