        What a bunch of incompetent morons. They erroneously removed fire and theft insurance from a policy when all I wanted to do was remove collision from the policy at the end of the summer when I took my bike off the road. Before I realized it, the bike was stolen, and presto- no insurance. They also screwed up all the paperwork on my new homeowners insurance when I was moving from Shrewsbury to Somerville, causing delays in the closing and making it so that I had to drive from Somerville to Uxbridge several times. They are very behind the times and refused to email anything to me. Needless to say, by the time these idiots read this review (assuming they even do) I will have moved my insurance elsewhere. I also have lower quotes for better policies in hand as I write this.
