        Me and my family used to stay here all the time and have been going for over 20 years, and typically it is a great place to stay, but our experience last year was not good. First of all they completely got rid of the front desk worker (which we didnt know) and now you have to do everything through a remote company including payment over the phone, which is very inconvenient. Also, when we checked in (in quotations because there is no front desk to check into), our room was a mess and there was no housekeeper on the property. We had to make so many phone calls to the remote managers just to get somebody to clean our room when it should have been done at check-in time. It was honestly such a mess, thankfully we got some reimbursement. For an expensive stay I wouldnt have expected such a bad experience. On a positive note once the room was finally cleaned there was no problems, and the inn is right on the beach and has awesome views. I havent been there recently but if its the same way now as it was when we stayed, we wont be back.
