        I recently hired Crystal Entertainment for a backyard birthday party. The crew showed up on time and had everything set up before guests arrived. Two staff members on site took care of everything related to the bounce house (which was in great condition btw) and cotton candy machine. I actually got to enjoy my kid's birthday party for once rather than trying to wrangle everything by myself. The only downside was that the party had to end. Thanks again!

        I typically do not leave negative reviews on google but I had to leave this one for the company as the person facilitating the skee appears to give a preference to White children more than children of color. I witnessed him allowing White children play longer than children of color. I was there to witness it for at least 10 mins. I did not get the name of the white haired individual who (after secs) hurried my son (Asian child of 5 yo) after seconds before he ushered my son to leave saying other kids have to play as if we were 2nd class citizens. I called him out on what appears to be discrimination and he pushed for the other White female child behind us to go while my son is still trying to collect himself. If I ever need to hire any party companies, this will not even be an option at this point! I hope the company uses this as a learning opportunity.

        Great family-owned business. Rented an inflatable slip n slide for 8 year old birthday. They were very helpful in helping me pick the right slide. Delivery was on time and no damage to the yard. Very pleased and would use again - price was very competitive with others in the area.

        These folks helped me out with a birthday surprise for my dad since I couldn't be there due to closed borders (covid). Even though it was a relatively small job (a couple of air dancers), everyone here was SO on board with wanting to help out for the surprise. They even took pictures for me and I am just so grateful to have found them! Truly a caring, professional, and wonderful business !!!
