Happily, at a time when the best local contractors were over-scheduled and seemingly impossible to get, Rob and his crew had an unexpected opening and took on the repair and restoration of our sitting room. From the first, the entire team was considerate, courteous - and thoroughly professional. Rob worked out a complete estimate that included numerous imaginative improvements to the structure and finish of the room - which the crew implemented perfectly. He always kept us abreast of developments including unforeseen but not entirely unexpected complications (it's an antique house, much abused,) and resolved problems with no fuss. We cannot recommend Yankee Restorations too strongly, and look forward to working with Rob and his team again in the future.

Rob and his team exhibit not only exceptional craftsmanship but also a high degree of professionalism, courtesy, and respectfulness. Thanks to Yankee Restorations, our new bathroom is everyones favorite room in the house! From floor, to woodwork, to painting, to electricity the team went above and beyond to make sure the job met our hopes and was extremely well done. The attention to detail was impressive, and their problem-solving skills were a gift. The team helped us figure out how to save money and still have everything we needed. When they discovered problems created by previous renovations, they made sure everything was made right. They were so conscientious about being in our home, especially during COVID. In fact, the crew was wonderful to have around; weve never been more comfortable with workers in our home. They clearly love what they do, and enjoy working together.
