        completely useless. Been "insured" by masshealth for 2 months but all claims being denied. I have to pay out of pocket at an insured rate without having any insurance benefits. Thanks Massachusetts for making it illegal not to have health care. Just stealing taxpayer money to line politicians pockets

        I went to this place for the first time to help me renew my insurance. I think the people who work there can't be there because they don't treat people well and have very bad service. The lady who treated me seemed to be there. For free

        I tried calling to phone number to speak to a MA Health representative and I got someone whom I tried to stop as I did not want their "free device" and dicovered I was trying to speak to a recording. Waiste of time.
