Jake (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. He has a keen eye and is detailed and thorough in his explanations. This makes class fun, informative, and ultimately productive. He is also extremely good with younger kids, so if you have a young one who has interest in martial arts, this is a great place for them to learn properly and respectfully while having lots of fun doing it.

6/5/23: Im still going and my son. Ive tried Boxing, conditioning, wrestling , BJJ GI & NoGI classes. High level training and coaches. Still no frills, gimmicks or costly contracts. You roll with all levels. You are welcome to all classes. I like that I can train with high level practitioners that show the techniques. No bullying, no judgement only encouragement. We train hard but are always friends Thanks again. 9/22 No frills place that wants to teach BJJ. So many high level instructors that teach. They teach no egos, ethics, humility, family, team mentality, no injury to the old guy(me), oh yeah high level skilled BJJ. Members act as family. Not money hungry. Great workout. Nice to have this kind of place in this world. Thanks Professor Jake

Gorilla fitness is an all around great gym with versatile training to suit different styles and goals, the atmosphere inside the gym is almost unmatched with everyone who wants to see you succeed, highly recommend checking it out as the coaches and trainees are very respectable and throughly instruct the right techniques

One of the best places to go. Now I am bias but I am bias for a reason. Jake is the owner and the vibe he ha set there is special. No over inflated egos are tolerated there .Everyone welcome . MMA & Boxing is taught there . Boxing is my interest & Jake is an elite coach & a better friend cannot go wrong to check it out and judge for yourself
