Shaw Mechanical, I left a service request on their web sight on Sunday evening. Eric responded early on Monday and was able to fit me in that afternoon. Eric and Mike fixed a leak in my bathroom, evaluated my heating system (explaining in laymans terms the issues we have) and programmed our new thermostat. Eric took the time to explain options available through Mass Save and other programs. We are now looking into updating our heating system and will probably use Shaw Mechanical for that job. Eric Shaw Mechanical is very responsive to all types of HVAC issues here at Waltham Housing Authority. His company is available whenever we call and is very detailed oriented in finding the issue and resolving. Employees also give us feedback during the repair and describe both the repair and the final resolution so there are no surprises. They also leave the work site as they found it or better with a great clean-up. Stands behind all their work with both a labor and materials warranty. Highly recommended with 5 stars!!
