        My time here has been great. We have been here for a few months now and everything has smooth. The rooms are clean and provide you with everything you may need, the kitchen helps out when you have to feed multiple people. They really made it easy for our family!

        Water soaked floor next to AC unit. Can't take a picture of it because the carpet is a "hide-the-stain" pattern and color. TV didn't work, all it did was turn on and not respond to the remote. Front desk/help is unavailable between 8pm and 8am, so if you have a problem there's nobody to come fix it. Stay away.

        Great staff. Hotel needs major face-lift. Peeling paint, and VERY obvious damage to outdoor 2nd and 3rd floor walkways. Rooms well kept. Could use blackout blinds on window in bedroom and a bit more soundproofing because of being so close to the interstate.

      Hello Jack, thank you for leaving some feedback. We have a team available for our guests 24/7 and after front desk hours they can be reached by phone. We post this number in multiple locations including in your suite as well as provide it to you upon your check in. During your stay there was inclement weather and if we had been made aware of any sort of wet area we could have addressed that long with you television which we did deem working fine after your departure. Contrary to your statements someone is on site and available 24/7 every night of the year. The team is always a phone call away happy and ready to assist however they can.
