      image I have years of retail experience. I am always respectful and mindful of store hours and not keeping establishments past their sheduled hours. However if you are go To an establishment that has set hours they should be followed, for the customers sake and the needs of the business. With this being said I knew what I was going in for wouldve Been in and out in less than a minute. But they were locked up 10 of. Definitely not good business practice.

      image I deal with Mike, Rich, and Ashley regularly- and what a huge breath of fresh air compared to other locations. I'm not an easy customer to please and they go the extra "100 miles" to accommodate pur needs. I manage a local fleet and my own mobile mechanic project. I'll just say if any of these people worked in a Lowell location, I would deal with Lowell regularly too (I stay away from Lowell because of the long history of careless screw ups).
