        I requested my lease for 10 months! They did for 14 months, and now I need it in the time I selected and I will have to pay a fine of 6 thousand dollars. Because they put a longer term in the contract than I requested!! This is terrible and in bad faith.

        As a college student, I love living at Residences at Tewksbury Commons. The apartments are affordable and convenient, with a pet-friendly policy and a washer and dryer.

        I applied for an apartment here , I was told if I was denied I would get my 400.00 deposit back in 7 to 14 days. Well I was denied for 1 point on my credit, I have not received my refund its been almost 1 month, nobody answers the phone or returns calls/emails. Extremely unprofessional and crooks! Im going to file a complaint BBB.Im sure Im not the only one , they cant keep getting away with stealing peoples money!!!!!
