I just wanted to share the unprofessional experience I had with Tino earlier today. I am not even a customer of his. I work at a Harley Dealership and was arranging insurance for a customer who was buying a new motorcycle. Tino was uncooperative on the phone, claiming we were trying to screw his customer around, because the wrong fax number was given to us. Despite all of our efforts to help him sell a new policy to his customer, he was rude and belittling to me on the phone before hanging up. This ordeal lasted around 2 hours. The customer was so embarrassed that they switched to Geico, were insured within 15 minutes and rode home on the bike this afternoon.

Man is very fake nice and then becomes rude when you ask him to do something (aka his job). I think he's on drugs. Would NOT recommend.
