        Waiting time was under 10mins- I went at 4pm. The staff were so helpful and the security guards are amazing!! Have a new show to watch and somebody who actually knows avatar- you guys rock!!

        Every single damn time I call its either a long wait or says phone is busy and it hangs up on me. I have to work you know? I dont have time to be on the phone guessing which time is best to call. Yall suck, hire more people for gods sake!
