Andy introduced us to a seller that was in need of a specific type of buyer that was patient and had the ability to be flexible. He then listed that property for us when we completed the project. Andy and his team were great to work with. Once i initially contacted him with interest in beginning the home buying process, he met with me the following day and explained the process as well as what the current market looks like. Andy is very knowledgeable, was always available to answer any questions and gave great recommendations/feed back. Can I have more stars, please? Five isnt enough!
We contacted Andy regarding the sale of our house months before we knew we would be ready to sell it. We are moving abroad and had 2 priorities; 1. Maximize the proceeds from the sale of the house, and 2. Make this process as easy and seamless for us as possible since we already had so many other things to manage with such a complicated move. Andy was successful in delivering on both of those objectives.
Andy started with an in-person meeting where he reviewed his process and educated us on the current market. We completed a thorough walkthrough of the house and grounds where he advised us on which upgrades or fixes would be helpful and which would not.
As time passed, we had a few panic moments regarding the stability of the market. Each time, Andy got on a conference call with us and talked through our concerns with us. He was always calm and confident, yet candid about the risks. It was so reassuring knowing we had someone like Andy, with all his experience, in our corner.
When it was finally time to put our house on the market, Andy made it so easy. He took care of everything for us and guided us through every step. The price point of the house was higher than we had expected. But after one weekend of a very packed open house, we had 7 offers, all over asking! Once again, the process was seamless and Andy reviewed the pros and cons of every offer and guided through to the closing.
Needless to say, we are immensely pleased with the service Andy and his team proved. They are true professionals with an experienced team to handle all the steps in the process. I would highly recommend.
