My experience was great. I was very uncertain about the process and feeling scared. The whole staff was kind and very helpful. Liz was my case worker and she was just professional and kind, with an easy way and sense of humor.

Ive personally been to the Taunton office twice. Found them to be personable and professional. When you arrive, you are asked why youre there and to complete a few simple forms. Once complete you receive a number and wait to be called. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes.
From there you go into the back and receive assistance from a specialist. On one visit, the representative aided me in completing an update to my account and the second visit was to help me decipher and understand a letter I received from mass health.
I left with a better understanding and less anxiety over my health care coverage. I highly recommend using this service if you are in need! I find it easier than waiting on hold to speak to someone at a call center.
The only improvement I would suggest would be in regard to having a better presence to answer incoming calls. The number online will just ring until you give up. So Ive found that going in person is the easiest and most efficient option.

Very unprofessional they don't even answer the phone and you can't even leave a message because it just keeps ringing no answering machine

Very poor services. I've been trying to submit documentation to them since November. They continue to say that they have not received anything i have sent to that office other than my recertification for health insurance packet. I am afraid my children and I will be without health insurance unless I take a day off of work to walk in and hand them the documents they are requesting. Does anyone know who I can report them too? I'm so ready to call the mayors office!!!
