Dr. Kristen and her team, especially Miss Erica were amazing with the care of my 7 year old son. They made us feel as much as ease as possible giving that emergency dental work is not the most pleasant to begin with. They were extremely informative and professional yet had exceptional bedside manner which is very hard to come by. They also took the time to follow up which was most appreciated. I'd recommend their services to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much!

I was so worried about my toddler going under anesthesia, but the whole staff at Northeast Dental Anesthesia put us both at ease - it was as smooth as could be, and my little one went under easily, and they made sure I was comfortable too! They took great care of us.

I could not recommend Dr. Hu enough!! Kind and gentle do not even describe it and she had me knocked out like a light before I even knew it. What an absolutely fantastic human being!

We were told to arrive for our appointment at 10:45 in the morning. We were not brought into the office until almost noon. Absolutely horrible way to run a business with a young child who isnt allowed to eat prior to the visit and is forced to sit in a car, with anxiety awaiting a dentist appointment, for over an hour. I will be finding a different office for any future dental work my family needs and will tell others to do the same.

Very unprofessional the way I was spoken to by the Manager Julie in office she made my experience very unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable to have any of my sons dental work completed here
