Dmitry was amazing through the whole process! I really felt taken care of. He, and the rest of the staff were always quick to respond, kind, and considerate. They got my drive back to me far faster than I could have ever expected. They were able to restore almost all of my data, and what I lost was trivial in comparison to what I got back. This drive was used as my back-up and storage for many years. So what they were able to give me was my history. I couldn't recommend them any higher.
