Service is amazing, always friendly & willing to answer any questions. Only thing keeping it 4 stars and not 5 is communication and getting in touch with the officeif it was easier or more timely, it would be 5 stars without question!

Beware. There is a tremendous turnover in servicing technicians, so theres always somebody new in your yard who is completely unfamiliar with your pool. Most of the young men who come to service are about 20 years old and clueless. You know its bad when all they do is Complain about how hard they are worked, how poorly they are paid and how much they hate the job & bosses at Dynasty. Communication is horrid and there is no set day or time for servicingthey just show up randomly during the week. Several times they showed up after 6 PM, days after they were expected while we were entertaining. If you request weekly service, sometimes theyll come on a Friday and then come on the next Monday, 3 days later. Dont bother trying to get in touch with the office, as the staff is out the door by 2 PM and Its not really convenient for them to return emails anytime soon. If you end up stuck with Dynasty, because you cant find another pool servicing company, try your best to be there when your pool Is getting serviced b/c Ring cameras have proven that the team will spend six minutes cleaning your pool if you are not. Vs 25 If you are home. There were so many times when The service guys would show up and tell us that we needed salt or chlorine or some chemical, But that they ran out for the week and didnt have any left on their truck. Beware!
