Nothing but good things to say here about our experience with Aline Diaz! The house in New Bedford had previously belonged to our brother and was not in the best of shape. This was an estate sale, and given that we live a good distance from New Bedford, we needed some extra support. We got that and more from Aline. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in ready to sell. She ended up getting a very strong price and then went above and beyond again as she supported us during the closing. I purchased my condo in October of 2020, my first ever property purchase. Needless to say I was pretty nervous about the whole process. Aline Dias was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and helping to explain and ease the vast majority of my concerns. Going on three years and I am still just as happy in my new home as I was when we first opened the door. Would definitely recommend Aline and Streamline Realty to any first time home buyers!
