Saint Anne's Hospital Center for Pain Management, Swansea

This place is nothing but a PILL MILL. Required monthly visits just to get meds. Even when patients COMPLY will all rules, policies & regulations, will be cut off without notice with NO referral to detox, etc after being on opioid meds for over 10 yrs. I have to Quit COLD Turkey very dangerous Especially since I have high blood pressure and a diabetic... I would NOT recommend this doctor or clinic.. The Dr. Dominguez bedside manner has gone out the window.. He is very rude, dismissive and came right out and said I don't have time for you. This place doesn't hire enough people to deal with this ..This is after making me wait over an hour.. Maybe Dr. Dominguez needs to be put on a urine screen.. let's see what's in his system to explain his DOWNFALL . But until St Anne's find another doctor to replace him, looks like bad doctor stays in charge

I love the center for pain management. I'm beginning here for years. I love the staff. I love the doctors. I've had nothing but good experiences here I recommend them

The staff and nurses are great but the Doctors leave a lot to be desired. No compassion and Ive had 4 strokes!!! I cant walk without a walker or wheelchair my back and legs hurt so bad. Im lucky if I get 4 hours of sleep a night. They had a great doctor but he retired. And be prepared to be there for hours for an appointment. Good luck!!!

Most times you are waiting for more than 1/2 later to see the doctor, after arriving on time for your scheduled appointment .They need to improve in this area immensely. Otherwise they do the best they can to help you manage your pain. UPDATED!!!!! The Office Manager should be FIRED , she is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, has absolutely NO CLUE in Pain Management, and is NOT even a Dr. Just someone who has destroyed the compassionate, and ethical treatment of the patients, that have to depend on Pain Management, to try and deal with intense Pain. This is also backed by other patient's reviews, not only here, but also on sites like WebMD . This place was better a few years ago before they let this woman destroy the Dr./Patient relationship bringing the level of Healthcare, sadly into the minus, leaving patients in Unnecessary Pain. I hope the Superiors will please listen to your patients and find a more Qualified person to run your business in a much better Patient Compassionate Care Oriented Manner
