After a recent illness, we needed to refinance to lower our mortgage payment. Marc Walz was able to find a rate close to our existing mortgage, in an environment of rising interest rates. Without his efforts, we would have been stuck with a high mortgage payment for years or until inflation comes down. We are so grateful for his help. As an added plus, he was fun to work with. We worked with Craig to get our mortgage for our new house. He worked with us every step of the way and even answered our initial call on the 4th of July! This is our second home but our first time working with Craig and when we do this all again, we will definitely speak to him again. Highly recommended for all types of home buyers. At no point during the process of getting the mortgage did we ever feel that any of our questions were stupid.
