I have a piece of real estate called the Twin Lanterns Resort. Lindsey Bshara Leviss of Salt Marsh Realty Group Inc. contacted me in June of 2021 stating she had a buyer for the property. I signed a listing agreement with her and the sales process went forward. Lindsey then placed a lien on the property for $16,250.00 to secure her commission. The buyer had a severe stroke prior to the closing. Lindsey return the deposit and the listing agreement expired. A completely different broker from a different agency contacted me with a completely different buyer. I signed a new listing agreement and we went forward with the sale. Lindsey Leviss refuses to release the lien unless I pay her, basically extortion. She insist on holding up the closing unless we pay her a commission she is not entitled to. Think twice about doing business with these people!

Great service, professional and most of all knew how to price and sell a home during Covid-19!I worked with Pauline Audette-Smith and from the beginning, she was very personable, honest, and helpful to discuss all aspects of selling a home (my first time).  She knew about closing requirements, title 5, and how to pick the best buyer. Bought an apartment house with them 8urs ago, still have it. Lindsey just sold my family our grown up house, lol. It was a fun experience! She even sent us a gift for christmas!!
