I had a mishap where I was stranded in the parkinglot and I was helped by 3 or 4 extreamly pleasant workers before their shift started . They saved me so much time and money and were happy to help. You guys have a great staff !

awful!!!! this is not schmitt equipment anymore brand new machines no service department salesman doesnt want to own there machinesnever buy a machine from here salesman is to old to care about your satisfaction on new equipment they DO NOT care about your buisness or customer satisfaction I switched over to milton cat traded in all my un usable 2020 john deere equipment for top dollar alot more than united wanted to give me STAY AWAY unless you want a brand new machine and no service department behind it TALK WITH RICHARD AT MILTON CAT YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID

These guys are awesome, got me my JD4045 engine overhaul kit overnight, when everybody else quoted me 4-5 business days. Top notch service, thanks guys.

I just wanted to take a minute and say that Ive been dealing with these guys personally for well over 15 years. From top to bottom, everyone At this branch has been there for me to resolve any issues I may have and provide whatever information to help and make my job easier as an Equipment Manager. I deal more with parts and service daily; Ray, Kevin, and Ken are always happy to be right there to take care whatever I need. Jay has always treated me great as the parts manager and Glen and David are always a phone call away and are very helpfuI every time! I look forward to seeing the much needed upgrades to this branch and thank you again and keep up the good work!
