They towed My vehicle away for no legal reason and I currently have a small claims court case against them. They didn't show up to court. No respect for the law!!!?? The Swansea police also didn't charge them for the illegal tow!!!

My husband and I stayed at this shoddy motel and it was a nightmare. We stayed because it was a smoking room. Upon bringing our stuff in the room I put my hand on the door handle to go back out to my car and there was some type of Vaseline on the door handle good job housekeeping. The vanity in the bathroom had no door on it. Went to take a shower and found an old dirty face cloth that housekeeping mustve used to clean the shower with hanging in the shower. The security lock on door came completely out of the wall, wow thats really safe. Was woken up at 3 am by banging and yelling from the people in the room below us. My husband went to empty the ashtray as we was picking up our mess and dropped it on the floor where the $2.00 towels were. Upon checking out $40.00 was taken out of our security deposit. Mind you they was worth $2.00. When calling to see if there was availability was told one price. Called again the next morning and told a different price. Called later in the day and got a third price. Not sure what that was all about but I would never stay there again. I only wish I had taken pictures of the room with different bedspreads burn holes in the sheets and bedspreads to show people what they were getting themselves into. Noteworthy details: Place is a dump
