I loved going here in the past when Roger Lacoste was still active he is the one who has done all root canals in my mouth.
But today 1/12/24 I recieved a call telling me that BOTH my insurances won't work when my apt is on Tuesday 4 days away, mind you 2 are weekend days and one is a holiday, so technically they called the business day before my apt, so with that said they have had my cards for a month, I have been patiently waiting in pain for a month, when I could of been finding another place if my insurance was not taken here. Now I need to start this process over, with referrals, and waiting for an apt. When I question this the receptionist said I'm busy, and put me on hold. Very rude. I have always raved about this office, and the way I was just treated dropped you from a 5-1 in my eyes.

Hello!
Needed a root canal on a tooth which had a small crack that showed on the X-ray when a crown had been put in previously. Saw Dr. Mark Doherty for a consult in Attleboro in November 2022 and had to reschedule the November procedure in order to cover a good part of the cost since 2022 dental insurance was used up. Came today at 9:30am and had a successful root canal attributed to the excellent care and professional kind demeanor of Dr. Doherty and competent dental assistant Paula, and friendly secretary Chelsea. They were informative, sensitive, personable, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for during the whole root canal. As it turned out it was partially necrotic and I had some partially inflamed pulp tissue. I have been chewing on the opposite side of my mouth for 2 months and today I am thrilled to have thi taken care of in a wonderful manner. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Doherty for your oral concerns. Congratulations to him and his team for thorough and responsible patient care!!
