Friendly employees I've been with this Bank since I was 18 years old. I would never go to any other bank with this one it's like home.

I have been banking here for over 20 years. I am always greeted with a smile. They have never been rude to me or anyone in my family. They call us by first name. We always have pleasant conversations. All of my questions are always handled in the most professional matter. Jarred the Assistant Manger always greets us with a smile and some small talk. If you have a problem with Bank 5 Maybe the problem IS YOU.

Im not happy with bank 5 in Bristol or fallriver .on nov 3rd i went to the Bristol branch reported my debit card stolen .they ordered me a card in the mail .its nov 18 still no card .i call fallriver the lady said that the Bristol manager should have issued me an emergency card .i called Bristol last week she gave me the run around and said is get it wed which was yesterday still no card i cant even get access to my money i work late every day and the bank closes early .i tried calling fallriver today the lady said i was harrasing her wth i want my money. I havent had acess to my money since nov 3rd i told her check my account .they dont care about customer.i called Bristol the manager was too busy in a meeting i guess we as customers aren important.i. used to bank in swansea nice people .ive had babl 5 for 4 years ive been a good customer.but i guess we mean shit you banl 5
