I cant say enough good things about Melissa, who was instrumental in our home buying process and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We bought and sold a house during the time of COVID-19, which made things exceptionally tricky. We had many moving parts with the timing of both the sale and the purchase. Melissa was fully available to us during what I know was an extraordinarily busy time for her. She successfully worked with the sellers attorney on some tricky negotiations the day of the close and really came through for us in every sense.
