        Was approved for rent to own property. Income was over 3x rent, had a 20k deposit and loved the house. Referred to a credit repair company who went over my financials and forwarded to owner. CR company said they would give thumbs up to Brown Dog. From there I was ghosted and given no explanation nor reason for the sudden change. Thankfully I hadn't submitted the deposit or signed anything. Would not recommend anyone waste their time with them. Wildly unprofessional behavior.
