Harbor Management

Although my apartment was renovated prior to my move in, and maitenance is great about repairs, I've had nothing but trouble here at Gardencrest apartments in Waltham, MA. First it was the bedbugs, then the lice, then a horrific roach infestation, then break ins, then illegal surveillance, and finally vile harassment, physical abuse of an atypical kind ( noise /radio amplifier played to give me nausea, high blood pressure & headaches. ) I was rushed by ambulance to the hospital a few times. Hardly a safe living arrangement. People coming round my patio door and trying to break in.

My mom lived in one of the apartments for a few years. They always answered her questions and concerns. Harbor properties always provided someone that spoke Spanish to my mom which made communication easy. Katherine was always very helpful, friendly and attentive to my mom. Thanks Katherine for being so helpful and being there for my mom when she needed help.

I have been a tenant for about 6 months and I have nothing but great things to say about how I’ve been treated here. The application process went smooth. I had minor Maintence issues at the beginning and Katherine Caraballo (property manager) was very prompt at getting the situation resolved. Would highly recommend. Aysha
