        Place is always overpacked with customers and it never seems to be cleaned by anybody. You ask for steak, they dont have it. You ask for chicken, they dont have it. What do you have to offer?! Ill never waster my time even going near here again. Trash

        This location is one of the better stores in terms of quality but they are slow AF. Mobile orders are on average 15 minutes later than the pickup times..... every time

        I've been a regular at the Swampscott Chipotle since it first opened its doors. Lately, however, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. Over the past two weeks, my last ten or more orders have either been incorrect or excessively delayed, sometimes by over 20 minutes. Despite reaching out to their customer service via pepper chat, I've found them unhelpful, as they often refuse to refund me for orders that are completely wrong or arrive so late that I miss my meal window between clients. I've attempted to contact local and regional managers without success. Hopefully, this message will catch their attention.
