I required service on my iPhone at the Verizon store in Swampscott Massachusetts. I was fortunate enough to meet the Verizon associate named Juan. He immediately greeted me to help me feel welcome while I waited. Once he was free, he came over to see what I needed. We spoke briefly about my issue with my iPhone. One had a, funny grin on his face like he knew exactly what was the matter. He expert Lee took my phone behind the counter, and showed me how to rectify the problem, which was simple to him, but completely foreign to me. I was grateful for his expertise and kind approach to the customers. Thank you to Juan in Swampscott.

I went into store to resolve what Verizon customer service could not I was frustrated but immediately put at ease and Rashad was able to figure out issue and work with specific cus service rep to resolve my issue. I would recommend seeing Rashad at Swampscott VZ store for your telephone needs.
