        Had a great tour with Devon! I didn't have an appointment, but he still took the time to show me around the community and the apartments I was interested in with a smile! He was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The property and apartments were beautiful and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend touring with Devon at The Landing at Vinnin Square if you're looking for a new place to call home. Would give 10 stars if I could!

        When I first stepped on the property in Sept. 2023 I fell in love with the property. However, Devon made it so much more better through the entire application and leasing process. It was a pleasure to meet everyone in the office. My family and I are super excited to be apart of the The Landing at Vinnin Sq Community.

        The management team works diligently to keep the place neat clean and safe. Its a wonderful complex. The moment you notify Management, especially Veronica I cant believe Siri called her Veronica. We all know its Victoria because she is a victory in every aspect of the game.. They are on top of whatever the issue and there are very few issues! iShe is the assistant property manager, and well deserving of a promotion.

        Had a wonderful experience visiting the apartment. We were shown several different options, and the service was both kind and professional. Victoria paid great attention to detail while discussing the building, the neighborhood, and highlighted how lovely the area is. This has made me eagerly look forward to moving in.
