I did not order from Ethix, but like their name implies, in my experience they care more about their customer than the potential sale. Sales is about solving the customer's need - these guys haven't forgotten that. A special thanks goes to their rep Sera who went above and beyond and was very professional in leading me to a potential solution for my company Church Films. If you're looking for homegrown products, I recommend Ethix.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a successful race last weekend and the shirts were a definite hit! They turned our beautifully. One of the participants told me after the race how great these shirts are (the IBT ECO label shirts). She participated last year and commented that on those shirts... "I've participated in thousands of races over the years and those shirts are the best I've ever seen. They are so soft, so well made and they come out of the wash wrinkle free." She also loves the fact that they are ethically made of recycled materials. I recommend EthixMerch to anyone I know looking into making a custom shirt. I had a wonderfully personal experience with the folks at ethix. I was planning on screenprinting a bunch of shirts for friends for the holidays and wanted to purchase ethically produced shirts - a google search landed me at ethix. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but fortunately had several online chat sessions with the ethix team, namely Joe Pasquale. He was so courteous, so personable, and took so much time and care in making sure I was up to date about pricing, colors, etc. Even after several back and forth emails, he was still outstandingly friendly and helpful in putting in my order and it arrived here great! I'd definitely order from them again in a heartbeat!
