Missed an appointment and was unable to call due to being with an actively dying family member. Called to reschedule and was told they would no longer see my child. A warning or conversation that If an appt was missed we would be dismissed wouldve been nice.

We love the dentists and hygienists at Sutton Children's Dentistry. We actually came here after a few appointments at another practice where we were often rushed and felt like a part of an assembly line. Here, the practitioners are thorough and thoughtful and the office staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are busy and appointments can sometimes be hard to get but I can see why - and they do their best to accommodate. We've been going here for 3 years now and will be for many more!

Im not happy with new policy of parents sitting just outside the room. My daughter was having expanders out and cried as top was painful coming out. I was in room for a year straight and only three months ago did sit in the room. A child of 8 years of age should never be in a doctors appointment without parent or guardian viewing the work. A child would have no idea if the work is being done correctly or be able to ask for anything. Im disappointed and find this new rule not right or lawful. I will be finding a place like we had before Covid that provided private rooms with parents allow in rooms at all times.

My boys have been going here for years and we have always had a fantastic experience. The staff and doctors are a pleasure to work work, and the boys especially love having Nicole as their hygienist, she makes their cleanings easy and enjoyable.
