Bob came out this week and pumped out our tank - nice and super knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again when we need a Title 5.

We used their septic pumping service. Overall service is Ok. Attitude is horrible. Not professional! When I scheduled for service I was told about charges for pumping. Recently the guy who came for septic pumping, parked on the roadside and did the work. Later I received bill for pumping charges as I expected and extra charges for two hoses. I was never charged this extra hose charge ever for my septic pumping so I called to find out what those were for. The operator tells me its the charge for extra hose so as to reach the septic opening. I was surprised to hear that because when the guy showed up he could have parked in my driveway and avoided using extra hose. Also when he arrived there was no one in the driveway. Either way if he was needing to park on the road and that necessitated extra charge I wish he could have asked me that first before deciding to park anywhere he liked and then insert extra surprise charge in the bill. When I spoke with operator, I said to her well its unfortunate to learn this, he could have parked in my driveway and avoided extra hose. She then talks to Boss and tells me that, "My Boss disagrees but will remove the charge one time as a courtesy." I really did not like that message though they offered to remove the charge. So I was talking to her to make sure this doesn't happen again. He quickly cuts her and picks up the phone and says to me, "We said we shall remove the charge, Have a nice day!" What a rude way to talk to customer! As if he was doing a favor! I do understand if vendor chooses to do something differently, in this case, perhaps if he thought .. oh let me not block them and park outside but if implication of that is any change in service or charge then they should inform customer first without adding extra charge that customer never signed up for. And then treat customer as if its a favor they are doing to the customer to remove those surprise extra charges. Giving two stars for this attitude!!! in response to Dave Starmers response below That (that it was pumped always from road and extra hose was charged and I always complained) is not true. I was charged only this last time for extra hose, with details as I described above Not the times before as those times the pumping was done from driveway. I have the records.

Called 20 Aug to make 17 Sep appt for Title 5 inspection, leave all contact info with girl who answers phone. 14 Sept I follow up with a phone call and leave message regarding d-box location and provide my name and contact information again. To help with the process I begin to dig the d-box and pump outs. Today, 17 Sep at 1200 no one shows up. I call the office and no one answers the phone. I continue to call and leave several messages over next 45 minutes. 1 hour 15 minutes later Dan shows up, no apology, no explanation, walks around my yard mumbling to himself. Dan states he made several phone calls, hard to do when you incorrectly type 3/10 numbers of your customers phone number into your cell phone Dan. When I question Dan's tardiness and lack of apology Dan becomes defensive and belligerent and refuses to do the inspection. Dan then makes a derogatory comment about me and my deceased father and leaves... What a class act... Dan's attitude, behavior, and lack of professionalism were deplorable.

We've serviced Mr. Sawe's tank several times. We've always pumped this tank from the road. We've always charged for the extra Hose. Mr. Sawe has always complained. We've always removed the charge. This time Mr. Sawe continued to berate my office manager so I intervened.

I apologized immediately and quickly realized that we had entered the wrong phone number in Google calendar. However, the threatening tone Mr. Langer used with my office manager combined with his animal like screaming at me when I tried to explain what had happened was out of line. I then spoke with one of his late parents' neighbors who agreed with my assessment of his personality. Mr.. Langer's parents were two of my favorite clients so this behavior took me completely by surprise. Mr. Langer, Please stay away from me and my family.
