We highly recommend Painters Etcetera. They painted the exterior of our house in September 2023. Ryan, the owner, not only gave us a competitive price for the work, but his approach was tailored to our type of siding. He took the time to send us an email with a very detailed explanation, and that reassured us that he wasn't going to handle the project in "cookie cutter" fashion. Ryan had told us in May that they would be doing the work around August or September. Then we were hit with the record rains, and we wouldn't have been surprised if the project got delayed to 2024. However, to our surprise, they started the power washing and brought in equipment just before Labor Day. They started the next week, and it was a little more than a week to get the house completely painted once they got going. Ryan's crew is great -- very nice guys, friendly, enjoyable, and listened to our concerns as the job progressed. We had some minor carpentry that needed to be addressed, and Chris, who did the carpentry, handled matters without any issue. Everything we pointed out to him was addressed fully to our satisfaction. At the end of the job, there were a few items that needed to be addressed, such as little bits of paint on some screens and a spot on our granite front steps. Those were cleaned up right away and fully to our satisfaction. The area was left neat each day and thoroughly cleaned at the end of the project. We would definitely hire Painters Etcetera again.
